Job summary

Vintage.com is seeking a German-speaking Customer Experience Agent to join our EU Customer Experience team in the Netherlands. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email and digital channels from our Duiven hub near Arnhem, guiding customers through the service journey with care and clarity.

You’ll work closely with Operations and warehouse teams to ensure joined-up customer journeys and timely updates, owning issues from initial contact to resolution and contributing to ongoing process

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centre, sales or hospitality roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to adapt to customers.
• Proficient using CRM systems and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across phone, email and digital channels.
• Handle inbound and outbound conversations, updates and follow-ups.
• Explain services clearly and set customer expectations.
• Resolve issues with care and ownership, escalating when needed.
• Keep records and use systems to move journeys forward.
