Job summary

DSV Moerdijk is seeking a Customer Care & Support specialist who speaks Dutch and French. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking clients, handling orders, inquiries, and product guidance via email, phone, or social media.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the French language (B2), both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of computer systems.
• MBO4 level of working and thinking.
• Solution-oriented and skilled in providing service.

Responsibilities

• Answer various customer enquiries, mainly by telephone and by email or via social media.
• Carry out administrative tasks, such as order processing, debtor management, handling returns and processing claims.
• Provide advice to customers regarding the product range and alternative products.
