What the role looks like:

• Customer support via phone, email, and internal systems
• Handling product/service-related inquiries
• Working in a structured international team

Location:

Ghent, Belgium (Hybrid after training)

Work schedule:

• 24/7 rotational shifts
• 7h30/day + 30 min break

• Rotational shifts (including nights & weekends)
• Initial contract structure (1–3–6 months)
• First month fully on-site
• Hybrid setup after training (1 day remote/week)
