Vanderlande is seeking a Service Account Manager for the Benelux region. You will be the trusted partner for key customers, shaping service contracts, and driving profitability in a rapidly evolving warehouse automation landscape.

You will collaborate with sales, support, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth opportunities within the Benelux market. A hybrid work model is offered with travel up to 50%.

• Relevant working experience in a commercial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dutch.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted business partner for a defined set of Benelux customers to improve their competitive position.
• Identify and generate opportunities benefiting customers and Vanderlande.
• Coordinate with sales, support, project and service teams to ensure contracts and plans meet customer and Vanderlande requirements.
• Oversee service contracts and life-cycle plans, and manage service delivery and reporting.
