Vanderlande Industries B.V. in Veghel is seeking a Senior Service Account Manager to lead service contracts for BeNeLux customers, strengthening loyalty and profitability through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own P&L, drive opportunities, coordinate with sales, support, project execution, and service excellence to ensure readiness and seamless transitions from project to service, with up to 40% travel and a hybrid work setup.

Qualificações

• Relevant working experience in a service operations and/or commercial environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch, with IT insight preferred.
• Commercial mindset and entrepreneurship in an international setting.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to benefit customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within the Benelux region.
• Team player who can operate in a hybrid, emergency standby setup.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as the client’s representative within the internal organisation and as TAL’s representative at customers.
• Responsible for customer service execution and stakeholder/escalation management.
• Implementing, managing, analysing and optimising service accounts with P&L responsibility.
• Identifying, generating and selling new opportunities.
• Ensuring customer readiness with processes and tools for high-technological solutions.
• Ensuring operational readiness through seamless project-to-service transition.
• Coordinating and monitoring service suppliers for cost-effective delivery.
• Monitoring service requests and initiating improvements as needed.
• Improving contract management processes.
