Job summary

Perk is expanding its Benelux and Nordics sales team. You will drive outbound and inbound prospecting, present product demos, and close new business while building strong relationships with clients and decision-makers. You’ll collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and qualification.

The role emphasizes a hunter mentality, resilience, and a collaborative culture. You will be based in Amsterdam or nearby, with a mix of in-person and remote work as part of a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and video presentation skills.
• Experience with Benelux or Nordics markets.
• Proven hunter with outbound pipeline development.
• Proven track record of developing relationships with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting your own pipeline for Benelux & Nordics.
• Presenting demos to potential clients and following up through closing.
• Understanding client needs and articulating Perk's value.
• Engaging with stakeholders from Office Managers to CFOs.
• Maintaining accurate prospect data in Salesforce.
• Collaborating with Marketing to improve lead qualification and awareness.
