Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Data Center Strategic Account Manager to grow strategic relationships with consulting engineers, hyperscalers, and colocation providers in the Benelux region.

You will lead executive-level engagements, develop account plans, and coordinate with regional data center teams to win opportunities and deliver high-value Fire & Security and building technologies solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Proven success in technical, solution-based B2B sales.
• Ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships with key stakeholders in Benelux.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to grow market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing ones.
• Position Johnson Controls as a trusted advisor with compelling presentations.
• Drive early project engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage opportunities and customer interactions using Salesforce/Altify.
