Qualifications
- Graduate or recently graduated in a technical or data-focused field.
- Experience writing code and delivering AI-assisted solutions.
- Strong logic and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Clear interest in corporate communications and decision-making impact.
Responsibilities
- Own knowledge base management and information architecture in Confluence.
- Coordinate annual planning, timelines and status reporting.
- Manage intake and triage of inbound requests with criteria.
- Build reporting layers for all-hands and comms topics.
- Automate planning calendars and teach others to reuse templates.
- Design and maintain LLM workflows for summaries, media mentions, and translations.
