Vinted Group in Amsterdam is seeking a Corporate Affairs Operations and Automation Coordinator to streamline internal workflows and design automation for the Corporate Affairs team. You will join the Strategy & Planning group and work with Data Science, Analytics, IT and Legal to reduce friction and increase efficiency.

The role blends operational support with technically guided automation, offering scope to mentor colleagues and build scalable processes across corporate communications,

Qualifications

• Graduating or recently graduated in a technical field relevant to analytics or CS.
• Experience writing code and deploying AI-assisted solutions.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with process automation mindset.
• Interest in corporate communications, planning and decision-making impact.
• Fluent English with excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the department's knowledge base and information architecture in Confluence.
• Run annual planning timelines, deadlines, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Manage intake and triage for inbound requests against criteria.
• Build and automate reporting for all-hands and comms topics.
• Maintain shared planning calendar and automate reminders.
• Teach owners to run recurring processes and provide templates.
• Design and maintain LLM workflows for repeat tasks.
• Map workflows and quantify where manual hours go.
• Create cross-system automations in n8n or Workato.
• Tag content for AI tools and enterprise search; ensure privacy compliance.
