Job summary

Vinted Group is seeking a Corporate Affairs Operations and Automation Coordinator in Amsterdam to drive efficient internal operations and build scalable automations that reduce friction across the department.

You will work closely with the Data Science & Analytics team and mentor others while designing workflows that connect disparate systems and ensure governance around AI usage and privacy.

Qualifications

• Graduating or recently graduated in business informatics, data analytics, statistics, economics or related field.
• Able to write code and get a working AI-assisted solution live.
• Strong Excel and logic-flow skills to automate processes.
• Interest in how messaging, public policy and sustainability affect a business.

Responsibilities

• Own the department's knowledge base, information architecture and template library.
• Manage annual planning cycles, timelines and status reporting for leads.
• Design and maintain LL M workflows for repeat tasks and automate content workflows.
• Map workflows, quantify manual hours and build end-to-end automation across systems.
• Ensure compliance with AI, privacy, and copyright policies.
