Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking an AMR Sales Expert for Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) to drive growth in Autonomous Mobile Robots. You’ll blend technical know-how with consultative selling and close collaboration with regional sales, solution centers, and partners.

Regular travel across Benelux and occasional international trips will be required. Fluency in English plus Dutch and/or French is essential, with a strong commercial mindset and customer focus to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record in B2B solution selling and business development.
Experience with end-users, system integrators, and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial growth of ABB’s AMR portfolio across the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).
Develop and execute a regional AMR growth strategy aligned with ABB Robotics objectives.
Identify, qualify, and develop new AMR opportunities with end-users, integrators, and partners.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve order and revenue targets.
Act as trusted advisor for customers evaluating mobile robotics and intralogistics solutions.
Support local sales teams with AMR product, application, and market expertise.
