Job summary

Hai Robotics is seeking a dynamic Benelux Country Manager to lead regional sales, partnerships and growth strategies. You will establish the Hai Robotics brand in the Benelux market and drive multi-channel sales, including direct and channel partners, to achieve order intake and pipeline targets.

You will collaborate with marketing, solutions and project management teams to forecast, position, and close complex warehouse automation solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of sales leadership in MHA/WMS/MHE sectors.
• Dutch language at C2+ level is required.
• Experience across E-commerce, 3PL, Pharmaceutical, and Retail sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage go-to-market strategy and pipelines across channels to meet order intake targets.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain a rich sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain a strong partner network across the Benelux.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and communicate budget achievements to management.
• Support marketing, solutions and project teams with customer-facing activities.
• Travel frequently within the Benelux region as required.
