Qualifications

• Significant direct sales experience in complex, B2B Enterprise Software sales.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with team-based performance management.
• Fluent English with excellent communication; local language knowledge is desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach a team of Account Managers to expand strategic accounts in Benelux.
• Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities.
• Lead territory planning, forecast accuracy and pipeline management using CRM and MEDDPICC framework.
