Job summary

Exotec is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer for the Benelux region to design high-impact, complex solutions and guide customers from concept through delivery. You will shape logistics strategies, translate challenges into compelling technical sales strategies, and influence key stakeholders to align on value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Engineering or supply chain background with experience in complex solution design.
• Proven experience engaging with demanding customers in a pre-sales or solution-driven environment.
• Strong business acumen paired with deep technical expertise.
• Ability to influence, convince and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; comfortable operating in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of high-impact, complex solutions from concept to delivery (costing, risk mitigation, scalability).
• Shape customers’ logistics strategies by challenging status quo and proposing value-driven alternatives.
• Translate customer challenges into compelling technical sales strategies that drive winning outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders by clearly articulating value and building technical alignment.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to co-create best-in-class solutions and set high standards.
• Drive technical excellence by embedding Exotec methodologies and supporting Sales through complex project leadership.
• Act as a recognized expert in key technical domains and elevate team capabilities and decision-making.
• Create impactful training content and share best practices.
