Job summary

Multilingual Jobs Worldwide in Amsterdam is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international travel team. You will support travel agencies with bookings, inquiries and loyalty programs while delivering accurate and friendly help.

The first 8 weeks are full-time and on-site in Amsterdam, Monday–Friday 09:00–17:30. After training, you’ll work hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Qualifications

• English proficiency required and ability to work with multiple computer systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced travel industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Support travel agencies with questions about bookings, flights, baggage, upgrades and loyalty programs
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
• Handle special requests and more complex cases
• Work with reservation and CRM systems

Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative | Travel Industry | Amsterdam

Are you based in the Netherlands and looking to build your career in customer service within the international travel industry?

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Amsterdam.

Salary: €2,675.46 gross/month based on 40 hours

Hybrid: 3 days in the office + 2 days from home after training

Travel support: Full public transport reimbursement or €0.19/km up to 50 km one-way

Please note: This opportunity is intended for candidates already living within commuting distance of Amsterdam. No relocation package is offered.
