C.H. Robinson is seeking an Account Executive to join our customer team in Rotterdam.

This role focuses on supporting a portfolio of medium to large, complex customers with an emphasis on customer service, retention and high-quality execution. You'll partner with the Key Account Manager and operations teams to keep customers informed and resolve issues, dedicating at least 50% of time to customer support and retention.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in freight forwarding or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of freight-forwarding operations and communicating updates clearly.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills in verbal and written form.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary day-to-day customer contact, delivering a positive experience through proactive communication and timely updates.
• Partner with the Key Account Manager, operations and capacity teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Own customer follow-up and support account retention by understanding requirements and addressing service issues promptly.
• Stay informed about customers’ businesses to anticipate needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze customer data, service performance, and financials to share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop practical freight-forwarding and supply-chain solutions.
