Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ocean import experience with a forwarder.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of ocean import documentation, international shipping processes, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean import shipments from origin to final delivery with SOP compliance.
• Coordinate bookings, tracking, customs docs, arrival notices, invoicing.
• Monitor milestones and resolve issues in transportation and service.
• Collaborate with carriers, overseas offices, brokers, and internal teams.
• Build strong customer relationships via timely updates and support.
• Provide shipment status, operational reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and support service quality initiatives.
• Participate in customer reviews to drive business growth.
