Job summary

C.H. Robinson in Aalsmeer is seeking an experienced Air Export professional to join the on-site team and manage end-to-end shipments in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate bookings, documentation, and proactive communication with customers and internal partners across Europe, delivering service excellence five days a week on-site. Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of air freight forwarding experience focused on air exports.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Professional verbal and written English skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Willingness to provide flexibility during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air export shipments and related documentation.
• Coordinate bookings, pre-alerts, customs/government filings, delivery execution and invoicing.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide proactive communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and shared service teams to ensure service excellence.
• Resolve transportation and documentation issues through critical thinking and customer-focused problem solving.
• Support reporting, documentation requests, and customer business reviews.
