The Shared Service Centre (SSC), as a Centre of Excellence, supports global functional and business units—from the International Sector to North America and its affiliates—by delivering high-quality visualization work. This includes rendering, design, animation, virtual and augmented reality, 3D modeling, and graphical outputs that showcase Haworth's premium positioning and product value.

The Visualization Team's goal is to create compelling visuals that reflect Haworth's brand, demonstrate product quality, and reinforce customer confidence in investing in our portfolio—ultimately driving higher win rates and supporting marketing strategies.

• Produce renderings and animations for proposal bids and marketing based on Haworth brand guidelines.

• Handle larger scale and complex projects for rendering & animation work.

• Prepare a storyboard before production stage of animation.

• Enhance final visuals using photo/video editing applications in post-production stage.

• Work with Sales, Product Development & Marketing team to understand the project requirements/expectations.

• Work collaboratively with other visualization artists & designers.

• Support Visualization Supervisor/Managers on liaison with all markets.

• Create 2D & 3D assets based on the project requirements and Haworth brand guidelines.

• Ensure all client deliverables are met on a timely basis with consistency and high-quality standards.

• Continuously improve workflows and processes.

• Share best practices, identify process improvement and operational waste reduction.

• Maintain Visualization SharePoint site by uploading renderings & animation videos to the library on a weekly/monthly basis.

• Update project status to supervisors in the daily stand-up/virtual meeting.

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in 3D visualization.

• Ability to produce high-quality renderings; animation skills are advantageous but not required.

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Forest Pack Pro.
