• Handle full set of export shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and prepare documents for bank negotiations.
• Coordinate with forwarders and carriers worldwide regarding shipment and delivery status.
• Manage daily shipping transactions for trading companies.
• Ensure compliance with full Letter of Credit (L/C) requirements.
• Support ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the Shipping Team Lead/Manager.
• Lead and develop team members, supporting their professional growth.
• Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and work quality.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Leadership or team management experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be based in Georgetown, Penang.
