ROLE DESCRIPTIONS

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer, based in Telok Kalong. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth by combining technical expertise with commercial strategies to promote Valser products and services. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting value-driven solutions, preparing proposals with internal teams, and managing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires understanding of mechanical and flow-control solutions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with operations, proposal, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. You will play a key role in strengthening market presence, meeting revenue targets, and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.
