Manufacturing Manager

The Manufacturing Manager at IGL Coatings leads all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires a hands‑on, strategic leader capable of driving operational excellence while shaping the long‑term manufacturing direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic manufacturing plans aligned with business objectives, policies, and market trends.
  • Lead and mentor the manufacturing team, supporting recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and implement lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Monitor KPIs and other metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address production challenges and enhance workflow.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial targets.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
