Manufacturing Manager
The Manufacturing Manager at IGL Coatings leads all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role requires a hands‑on, strategic leader capable of driving operational excellence while shaping the long‑term manufacturing direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic manufacturing plans aligned with business objectives, policies, and market trends.
- Lead and mentor the manufacturing team, supporting recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and implement lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs and other metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address production challenges and enhance workflow.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
- Experience in KPI monitoring, resource planning, and process optimization.
- Ability to make data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced production environment.
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience in chemical, coatings, or related industries.
- Certification or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for production planning and tracking.
