The Role

We are seeking highly motivated web/software development engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PCBA DFM procedures and checklists
• Ensure proper management of PCBA Prototype, EVT, and DVT assembly and test at manufacturing subcontractor
• Support component engineering by ensuring component specification content meets PCBA DFM requirements
• Support DFx library to meet PCBA DFM & DFT requirements
• Generate DFM report and work with cross functional team to ensure PCBA manufacturing without quality issue
• Generate DFT report and work with cross functional team to optimize electrical probe test coverage.
• Create software applications and systems by applying engineering principles and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
• Create algorithms and models that simulate human intelligence processes, including machine learning and deep learning techniques.
• Train AI models and optimize their performance to ensure they meet business requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated ability to self-manage and deliver results in a development role.
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process.
• Familiarity with the properties and process of PCBA assembly.
• Strong knowledge and experienced of programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ are essential for developing AI models and algorithms.

Academic Credentials

• A degree in engineering disciplines (computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, industrial, electrical) is required.
