About the role

Join Black Rocky Resources SDN BHD as an Operation Executive and play a key role in our Freight/Cargo Forwarding operations. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic goals of our organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Review contract drafts in accordance with trader specifications and requirements.
2. Ensure timely completion of payments and arrange delivery of goods as per contract terms.
3. Coordinate with quality inspection personnel or an inspection company to arrange quality checks.
4. Compile quality data and report to traders and the operations manager.
5. Monitor pricing periods and futures hedging records, updating relevant documentation.
6. Issue settlements and verify customer settlement documents.
7. Prepare customs declaration documents and arrange export clearance.
8. Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipments.

What we're looking for

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus for liaising with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and colleagues.
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in Kuala Lumpur.
