Job summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Plan the completion of production work order within agreed timeline.
  • Strategize work order execution to Warehouse by daily basis.
  • Monitor of work order forecast and ensure abnormal changes are managed systematically.
  • Check and ensure on time replenishment on replacement and shortage materials.
  • Warrant data/information in system are timely and accurately updated.
  • Work with Receiving for urgent and hot part which needed by Production.
  • Work with Warehouse for picking, kitting, audit & handshake status.
  • Work with Shipping for Sell Back program and some other ad/hoc arrangement.
  • Liaise closely with buyer/planner/warehouse/program/quality to ensure smooth materials transactions within the premise.
  • Work with IT on issues pertaining to work order.
  • Participate in quarterly capacity discussion.
  • Maintain proper filing record/system for the purposes of internal or external audit.
  • Consistently seek out any opportunities for process improvement, innovation and implement changes.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Educational/Certification Requirement
  • Degree in logistics/supply chain or equivalent with at least of 2 years of relevant experience in planning role within manufacturing industry.
Experience Requirement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, kitting and shipping procedures, as well as inventory control techniques.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft Power Platform would be an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to approach problems and situations with a logical and systematic perspective.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and operational requirements.
  • Strong in stakeholders’ management with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in extended hours sometimes including weekends, as required by operational needs.
  • ERP (e.g. SAP) experience is preferred.
