Job summary

A regional company in Malaysia is looking for a professional to manage business opportunities and project development. The ideal candidate will build relationships with contractors, developers, and design consultants, and must possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. A minimum Diploma in Business Administration is required. The position involves travel within Klang Valley and Johor.

Job description

• Primarily responsible for identifying, developing and managing new/existing business opportunities.
• To manage project development from initiation to closure.
• To build up and manage the project pipelines in the assigned area in order to maximize the business with them and achieving the sales target.
• To understand customers needs and bring successfully SKK Paint products/ service directly to customers.
• To building and strengthen relationship with potential partners and customers i.e. Contractors, Developer, Design Consultant, Interior Designers & End users.
• To do customer mapping to identify the main players on market segments.
• To develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer, ensure continuity of effective communication with customers and identify key decision makers.
• To track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
• Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
• Respond quickly to customer requests and maintain a professional demeanour when handling all matters.
• Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.
<>Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge

Job Requirements
