Job summary
A local logistics firm in Puchong is seeking a team member to support warehouse operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with truck drivers, managing operational processes, and ensuring equipment readiness. Candidates should have 1-2 years of logistics experience and be proficient in Malay and English. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Basic communication skills in Malay and English, both oral and written.
- Typing skills in Malay and English with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with truck drivers for loading/unloading.
- Manage operational processes and ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Conduct pre-checks using checklists on all machines/devices.

- Read and understand operational procedures and work instructions
- Prepare the work station daily for operational readiness
- Conduct pre-checks using checklists on all machines/devices to ensure readiness
- Ensure machines and equipment are ready for operation
- Report any abnormal machines, devices, or materials to the supervisor
- Handle product unloading from customer premises or depots safely and carefully
- Accurately record product receiving quantities
- Feed products on the operational floor correctly according to procedures
- Complete encoding and capacity requirements to meet company expectations
- Sort products to the correct depots/destinations
- Complete loading onto shuttle trucks within the scheduled time
- Work extended hours as assigned
- Be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends or irregular hours
- Attend daily meetings as scheduled by the supervisor
- Participate in sharing best practices within the team
- Support colleagues on the operational floor
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Basic communication skills in Malay and English, both oral and written
- Detail-oriented
- Typing skills in Malay and English with speed and accuracy
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
