Job Responsibilities:
- Track and deliver shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Manage staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure they perform their duties properly and completely.
- Stand in as a hub manager when necessary.
- Handle cash on delivery payments and ensure daily banking.
- Work closely with customer service to fulfill customer requests.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Control inventory and manage shipments to minimize the risk of missing or damaged parcels.
- Perform any other tasks as instructed by superiors.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Conform to ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System (CCMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System.
- Ensure safety of oneself and others.
- Participate in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD related programs such as training, campaigns, induction, and others.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
