• Handling the full set of Accounts (AP, AR, and GL).
• Coordinating and preparing financial and annual budgets.
• Issuing cheques, uploading in bank portals, invoicing, official receipts, payment vouchers, and journal vouchers.
• Monitoring bank balances and performing bank reconciliations.
• Maintaining the fixed asset register and agreement documents.
• Working effectively with tax agents, auditors, company secretaries, bankers, and other relevant parties.
• Performing any other ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications and/or Experience Required

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Part Professional Accounting qualifications or equivalent.
• Have 2 to 4 years of accounting or auditing experience.
• Experience in construction and property development is an advantage.
• Able to work independently.
• Immediate or short-notice candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
