What would you be doing:

  • Create, monitor, analyze, and edit performance marketing campaigns.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
  • Executing marketing campaigns via Facebook ads, Google ads, traffic sources, and other marketing tools.
  • Prepare performance reports for management.
  • Experiment with new platforms and channels.
  • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
  • Monitor costs and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with other departments (creative, copywriting, project management, etc.) to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and execute marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet specified objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing paid social media advertising portals.
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
  • Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, testing, and optimization.
  • Passionate about ideation and in tune with Malaysia's social media trends and stories.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proven ability to think critically and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to handle additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and project demands.
