Job summary
A customer support company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking candidates for a night shift position. Applicants must be fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese, with basic reading and writing skills in Mandarin or Cantonese. The role provides an hourly pay rate of RM30.00, along with benefits including sick leave, annual leave, and a medical card.

- Entry level position requiring fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Ability to work night shifts and from home.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Mandarin or Cantonese are essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks during night shifts without handling escalations.
Skills
9 hours shift, 5 days work- Salary from RM 4800 to RM 5200 (RM 30 per hour)
One month training provided with Training allowance of (RM 4300)
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese
- Read and write in Mandarin or Cantonese (basic level)
- Willing to work permanent night shift, Can work from home (support US peak hours Pacific Time Zone)
- Home internet – recommended providers include Time.com, Maxis, Unifi, Yes broadband (Streamyx is not acceptable due to speed requirements)
