1. Ensure 1kg packing, 25kg packing, bulk loading, cartooning, and robotic operations are performed according to SOP.
2. Verify flour brand, bin selection, quality, and packing materials align with HOD orders.
3. Perform machine servicing and cleaning as scheduled or instructed by HOD.
4. Maintain personal hygiene standards for contract workers and operators.
5. Send samples as per the sampling frequency specified by the Lab.
6. Conduct CCP checks following established procedures.
7. Notify maintenance of any problems or breakdowns.
8. Operate forklifts safely to transfer products from cartooning to the warehouse.
9. Keep all files and documents up to date.
10. Maintain a clean and controlled working environment.
11. Ensure bin fumigation and cleaning as ordered by HOD.
12. Practice good teamwork and communication with all departments.
13. Adhere to GMP standards and maintain housekeeping in the workplace.
14. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum qualification: Primary/Secondary School, SPM, 'O' Level, or equivalent.
