Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any field with 1-2 years of experience in high-end service industries like hospitality, F&B, airlines, or retail.
  • Enthusiastic with a positive, patient attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers.
  • Observant, able to assess environment and customer cues.
  • Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit.
  • Positive, patient, proactive, and able to think quickly.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality; flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt and travel within Malaysia.
