Position Summary

Nestlé Bulgaria is looking for a Medical Events Trainee to join our Nutrition business. We seek a motivated, positive, and eager-to-learn colleague whose role will contribute to the department's marketing and events operations, while also providing opportunities to enhance your expertise and broaden your knowledge in this field.

A day in the life of a Medical Events Trainee...

  • Provides support in organizing NIN events, considering the annual calendar
  • Completes and follows up on medical equipment purchase requests
  • Supports the team regarding medical contracts
  • Assists in the distribution of marketing materials in the field
  • Prepares sampling and donation activities as instructed
  • Prepares reports and relevant information

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian
  • Experience in organizing events is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple time-critical tasks efficiently
