Business Development Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company providing a range of analytical testing services across multiple industries. It is a global leader in food, environment, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics testing, as well as in genomics, discovery pharmacology, forensics, CDMO, and advanced material sciences. Eurofins also supports clinical studies and is a prominent player in specialty clinical diagnostic testing.

In 2018, Eurofins generated a proforma turnover of 4.2 billion Euro across 800 laboratories in 47 countries, employing about 45,000 staff.

Responsibilities:
  1. Interact with customers to provide and process information regarding inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
  2. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and walk-in clients.
  3. Promote company products and testing services to new customers.
  4. Deal directly with customers via telephone, electronically, or face-to-face.
  5. Prepare and process customer orders, including furnishing quotations for approval.
  6. Assist and support the account manager in sales operations.
  7. Manage inter-company related clients.
  8. Maintain sales records and prepare reports, quotations, and testing price lists.
  9. Provide information to customers, including brochures, company profiles, and services.
  10. Respond to incoming emails or faxes related to customer inquiries or requests for quotations.
  11. Arrange sample collection and delivery of CoA or test reports to customers.
  12. Register, maintain, and update customer contact information.
  13. Assist management in preparing tenders and contract review documentation.
  14. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, organized, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Team-player, resourceful, and able to work under stress.
