Manage logistics to handle daily shipments in/out of MAL RPT and incoming device inspection & preparation.

Job Description

In your new role, you will:

1. Manage logistics to handle daily shipments in/out of MAL RPT and incoming device inspection & preparation.
2. Cross-check physical samples information (e.g., Salescode) against the master list.
3. Confirm that the physical samples' date codes received are acceptable.
4. Withdraw all registered samples and pass them to Sample Prep from the compactor, archive, and count quantities.
5. Collect samples at the main site logistics and sample center.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, Science, or Logistics Shipment.
• Passed Maths & English at SPM Level.
• The ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
