Our trainee program is designed to kick-start your career and open future opportunities for a rewarding international career in freight forwarding. It also provides useful skills valued across logistics, transport, and supply chain industries.

During the two-year program, there will be seven weeks of training, combining physical classroom sessions in Denmark at the Blue Water Academy and online learning from home. All training will be conducted in English, providing practical experience alongside theoretical knowledge.

We seek motivated and curious young professionals eager to embark on an exciting learning journey. No prior industry experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, we require that you:

• Have completed secondary school or equivalent.
• Are fluent in English.
