Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in Fintech and technology sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs while balancing company objectives and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Leverage knowledge of Fintech products and payment solutions to position Ascertain Technologies competitively in the market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Maintain a customer‑centric approach while ensuring company interests are protected in commercial discussions.
- Provide consultative insights to clients, helping them adopt innovative digital solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across products and services.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Contribute to sales strategy planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.

Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Fintech or digital payments industry.
- Strong understanding of Fintech products, IT services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation trends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage enterprise‑level accounts.
- Mature, independent, and target‑driven, with strong business acumen.
