The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the Fintech industry, with a proven ability to balance customer‑centric solutions while safeguarding company interests. This role requires a highly analytical, customer‑focused professional with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to Ascertain Technologies’ position as a leading digital payment and technology solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in Fintech and technology sectors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop tailored solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs while balancing company objectives and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Leverage knowledge of Fintech products and payment solutions to position Ascertain Technologies competitively in the market.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Maintain a customer‑centric approach while ensuring company interests are protected in commercial discussions.
  • Provide consultative insights to clients, helping them adopt innovative digital solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across products and services.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Contribute to sales strategy planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
  • Share best practices and mentor junior sales colleagues where needed.
Criteria
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Fintech or digital payments industry.
