Qualifications

This role will be supporting North America - Canada region. The working hours are from 11:30PM - 8:30AM due to the time zone difference, and additional allowance will be provided. We are looking for talent with experience in handling Canada.

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities.

Overseeing transactional backend processing performing data entry into SAP system for employee’s personal details.

Data entry to be done when there are Employee Movements, e.g. new hires, transfers, terminations and etc.

Monitoring transactional backend processing of Employee’s leave and Overtime data.

Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into SAP System.

Supervising transactional backend performing data analysis and maintenance into Workday & SAP system for employee’s compensation package.

Data analysis and maintenance will be included like incentive, benefits, allowance, perks, bonus and etc.

Payroll Administration

Reviewing payroll data entry in third-party payroll systems and ensuring it is processed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.

Minimum 5 year of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage.

Experience in handling Canada region will be added advantage.

Candidate with experience in SAP / Workday would be an added advantage.

Wiling to work Night Shift (11:30PM - 8:30AM) Additional allowances will be provided

Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT)
