Job summary
A leading tech solutions company in Malaysia is looking for a Technical Support Representative. The role involves providing first-level technical support through various channels, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and educating users on IT best practices. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of computer systems, and a willingness to learn. Optional CompTIA A+ certification is beneficial. Qualifications
