Job summary
A local company in Malaysia is seeking an HR assistant to manage recruitment processes, payroll, and employee engagement plans. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent multitasking and communication skills and have experience with office management software like Microsoft 365 Business. Knowledge in using Employment Hero HRMS is a plus. This position offers a hybrid working environment with specified office and home working hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
- Experience with office management software like Microsoft 365 Business.
- Knowing in operate Employment Hero HRMS will be added value.
Responsibilities
- Assist in handling recruitment process aligned with local regulations.
- Assist in processing payroll and HR policies implementation.
- Ensure appropriate commission report preparation and payment.
- Engage in employee engagement plans and activities.
