With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare HVAC content for bids and presentations.
  • Define subcontractor scope, review technical submissions, and support tender clarifications.
  • Develop construction and installation plans, including shop drawings and material take-offs.
  • Create detailed work schedules and resource plans.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Oversee on-site HVAC work to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
  • Coordinate with clients, EHS, documentation, and testing teams.
  • Support project close-out including documentation and handover.
Requirements
  • Degree in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in HVAC for overseas or data center projects.
