The Business Management Trainee role is designed for high-potential individuals who want hands-on exposure to how a high-growth company is run. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, rotate across multiple departments within your first year, and gain end-to-end visibility of Lapasar’s business. This role offers a steep learning curve and clear long-term career progression.

Salary Range : RM 4000
