We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead to join our Application Management Support (AMS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and support of enterprise applications built on technologies such as .NET Core, C#, MVC, .NET Framework, and ReactJS. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a team of software engineers in maintaining and enhancing business-critical applications. You will be accountable for ensuring timely issue resolution, implementing system improvements, and fostering strong collaboration across technical and business teams to ensure stability, performance, and ongoing value delivery. In this transformative role, You will also harness the power of DevOps, DevSecOps and CI/CD practices to digitally revolutionize our organization – driving digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiency and achieving technology excellence through AI powered delivery capabilities .

Responsibilities of a Team Lead:-

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable software solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations including incident resolution, service requests, and release deployments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and ensure timely delivery of solutions for the change requests.
• Translate user stories and business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee the development, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications across various business groups.
• Ensure application reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and timely incident response.
• Provide technical guidance on solution design, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding and best practices.
• Drive Agile practices, manage sprint planning, and track progress through tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless application lifecycle management.
• Ensure proper documentation of systems, workflows, and technical decisions for future reference and audits.
• Continuously assess and improve team processes, tools, and capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.

Skills required for a Team Lead
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring application development/support teams.
• Strong hands-on knowledge in application development using technologies like [.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, React, Microsoft Azure].
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in supporting and maintaining business-critical applications in a production environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and monitoring/logging solutions (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen focus on root cause analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Remedy) is a plus. Academic Qualification and Experience
• A degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Computer Science or relevant.
• 8 to 10 years of working experience.
