Responsibilities

Performance Reporting
- Prepare monthly financial reports with commentary on variances, cost trends, and forecasts.
- Maintain transparency on both staff and non-staff costs.
Support for Priority Functions
- Risk: Oversee financial governance for regulatory, operational risk, and compliance initiatives.
- CEO Office: Support executive operations and corporate programs with disciplined financial control.
- Corporate Affairs: Partner on branding, communications, sponsorships, and engagement activities, including ROI assessment and funding models.
Budgeting & Cost Management
- Lead annual budget cycles and quarterly forecasting.
- Manage headcount planning and identify cost optimisation opportunities.
Financial Governance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to finance policies, procurement standards, and contract management requirements.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and strengthen internal controls.
Process & Reporting Improvement
- Enhance financial processes, dashboards, and management reporting.
- Automate repeated analyses and embed standard ways of working.
