The Clinical Trial Payment Specialist will be responsible for facilitating all site payment activities related to Roche clinical studies, while ensuring compliance with country‑specific regulations. This role requires a problem‑solver who can achieve accurate and timely results while positively influencing others to meet objectives and milestones. The specialist will manage and triage escalations related to clinical trial payments, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication across stakeholders. They will also collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, such as Finance, Procurement, and Clinical Operations, to ensure alignment on payment timelines, reconciliation, and issue resolution. Proficiency in maintaining the accuracy of site payments through Roche database systems, such as SAP, MyBuy, and Veeva, is essential. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision will also be crucial in fulfilling these responsibilities.
