Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Must know how to prepare CP58.
• Familiar with SQL and Autocount.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge in construction/renovation accounting is a bonus.
• Preferable to know Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL).
• Prepare monthly financial statement, cash flow, and P&L.
• Manage supplier invoice, DO, and payment voucher.
• Supplier statement reconciliation.
• Handle payroll, claims, and petty cash.
• Create CP58 for agents.
• Maintain proper filing for audit & tax.
• Work closely with Operation & Admin team.
