Job summary

Geoearth Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. 诚聘岩土工程师，负责施工准备阶段的地质工程设计、绘图审查与工程量核对等工作，确保技术方案与投标图纸一致。

需具备土木/岩土相关本科及以上学历，具备软土地区设计或沿海港口项目的技术设计与管理经验，具备良好沟通和团队协作能力。须拥有马来西亚合法工作权利，熟练汉语、英语、马来语者优先。

• 参加新工艺试验方案、验收、分析及施工方案落实的过程
• 主持重难点项目的设计工作，提供技术支持给项目组

Job description

负责施工准备阶段的岩土工程的设计、图纸与工程量复核（图纸技术问题排查、图纸会审记录、施工版图纸工程量计算及与投标版图纸工程量的核对）； Responsible for geotechnical engineering design, drawing review, and quantity verification during the construction preparation stage (including troubleshooting technical issues, recording design review meetings, calculating construction drawing quantities, and cross-checking with tender drawings).

编写技术标、施工组织方案、专项方案，并进行技术交底； Prepare technical bids, construction organization plans, and special schemes, and conduct technical briefings.

参加新工艺、新工法试验方案、交底、验收、实验结果分析及试验方案调整或施工方案落实； Participate in the preparation, briefing, acceptance, analysis, and adjustment of new process/method test plans, and ensure implementation in construction.

主持重难点项目的设计工作； Lead the design work for complex and critical projects.

协助项目方面提供技术支持； Provide technical support to project teams.

任职要求 / Requirements:

本科及以上学历，土木工程、岩土工程、地质工程等相关专业； Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related fields.

具有多个软土地区软基设计或沿海港口类项目的技术设计/管理经验； Experience in soft soil foundation design or technical design/management of coastal port projects.

具有较强的技术决策能力，组织有关业务人员处理好技术问题； Strong technical decision-making ability, capable of organizing relevant personnel to resolve technical issues effectively.

沟通协调能力强，具备团队协作精神及高度责任感，吃苦耐劳； Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, and resilience.

申请人必须拥有马来西亚合法的工作权利，精通汉语、英语、马来语优先。 Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay are preferred.
