Job summary

Conseal Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Site Engineer to join our geotechnical team in the Klang Valley. You’ll work on foundation and slope projects, coordinating with engineers on technical challenges and delivering quality on complex scopes. You’ll supervise sites, review drawings, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years’ site experience preferred. Bahasa Malaysia and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years site experience is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, soil investigation reports, and specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; able to travel across Klang Valley when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily construction activities across foundation and geotechnical project sites.
• Manage subcontractors and site workers to ensure works are executed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
• Identify and resolve site issues before they become delays — proactive, not reactive.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant worksite at all times.
• Prepare accurate daily site reports, progress logs, and project documentation.

Conseal Sdn Bhd is looking for a Site Engineer to join our specialist geotechnical team. You'll be on the front line of technically complex foundation and slope works, working alongside experienced engineers on projects that genuinely challenge you. This is not a routine site supervision role — you'll be involved in problem‑solving, coordination, and quality execution on specialised scopes that most civil engineers never get to touch.

What You'll Do

Site Management & Supervision

• Lead and coordinate daily construction activities across foundation and geotechnical project sites
• Manage subcontractors and site workers to ensure works are executed safely, correctly, and on schedule
• Identify and resolve site issues before they become delays — proactive, not reactive
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant worksite at all times

Project Planning & Execution

• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to ensure full clarity before works commence
• Monitor project schedules and flag risks early — keep milestones on track
• Attend site meetings and liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Assist in planning, sequencing, and resource coordination for efficient project delivery

Geotechnical & Foundation Works (Core Scope)

• Foundation: Micropiles, RC Piles, Bored Piles, Grout Columns, Ground Anchors, Underpinning
• Slope Protection: Soil Nailing with Gunite Wall, Rock Bolt, Stressing Works
• Testing & QC: Pile load testing, integrity testing, quality control and inspection

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare accurate daily site reports, progress logs, and project documentation
• Ensure full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (CIDB, DOSH, ISO)
• Record and eliminate defects or non‑conformances promptly for corrective action

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
