Job summary

GEOEARTH TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. 诚聘土木/地质工程领域的资深项目管理人才，负责在马来西亚境内主持多项岩土工程项目的全流程管理。您将主导制定目标、编制施工计划、协调资源、并确保进度、质量与安全符合标准。

职位要求5年以上相关工作经验，具备独立管理3个及以上软土地区全流程项目经验及良好的成本控制和商务谈判能力。具备相关资质且拥有在马来西亚的合法工作权利者优先。

Qualifications

• 具备独立负责3个及以上软土地区全流程项目管理经验。
• 具备5年以上岩土工程行业工作经验，含1年以上项目经理经验。
• 具备良好成本管控及商务谈判能力，能协调内部与外部关系。
• 具备相关资质证书优先。
• 须拥有在马来西亚合法工作权利，优先熟练汉语、英语和马来语。

Responsibilities

• 参与制定工程项目管理目标，确保与公司战略及业务计划一致。
• 编制施工计划并监督进度、质量、成本与安全。
• 制定并执行资源使用计划（人员、材料、设备、资金等）。
• 负责过程商务、采购管理，参与供应商谈判及合同管理。
• 完成验收准备、竣工验收与竣工结算等收尾工作。

Job description

根据马来西亚公司战略目标和经营计划，参与制定工程项目管理目标； Participate in formulating project management objectives in line with the company’s strategic goals and business plans in Malaysia.

编制项目工程施工计划，负责项目实施的进度、质量、成本、安全及文明施工等事宜； Prepare construction plans and oversee project implementation, ensuring progress, quality, cost control, safety, and compliance with standards.

制定安全技术生产措施，负责编制项目人员、材料、机械设备、劳保用品、资金等的使用计划，并组织实施； Develop safety and technical measures, prepare resource allocation plans (personnel, materials, equipment, protective supplies, funds), and organize implementation.

负责过程商务、采购管理，参与与供应商的谈判和合同管理、投标项目资金管理； Manage procurement and commercial processes, participate in supplier negotiations, contract management, and tender project fund management.

负责验收的准备工作、组织竣工验收，编制项目施工总结和竣工结算书等项目工程收尾工作； Prepare for project acceptance, organize final inspections, and compile project completion reports and settlement documents.

参与公司经营管理并完成公司领导交办的其他事宜。 Contribute to company operations and complete other tasks assigned by management.

任职要求 / Requirements:

土木工程、工程管理、地质工程类等相关专业； Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Geological Engineering, or related fields.

具有5年以上岩土工程行业工作经验，具有项目经理岗位1年以上工作经验； Minimum 5 years of experience in the geotechnical engineering industry, with at least 1 year as a Project Manager.

独立负责3个及以上软土地区不同工艺类型全流程项目管理经验； Proven experience independently managing 3 or more full-cycle projects in soft soil regions with different construction methods.

具有较强的项目目标管理、成本管控及商务谈判能力，善于对内外关系的协调沟通； Strong skills in project goal management, cost control, and business negotiation; adept at internal and external communication and coordination.
